We are happy to share with you the story of our volunteer, Ron Deschamps, who was recently featured in the Sentinel & Enterprise. Ron’s work is valuable to us here at North County Land Trust and we are so pleased that all of this his hard work on our trails is being recognized. Thank you!
We have seven areas that are open to the public with a network of trails that can be enjoyed by hikers, mountain bikers, horseback riders, cross country skiers and snowshoers. Keeping the trails free of obstacles such as downed trees and encroaching brush is a never ending job! In order to do this NCLT relies on a great group of volunteers. We couldn’t do it without their help.
