The property consists of two parcels of land, Mikko & John Aho Nature Park and Vieno and Arvo Aho Memorial Park. Mikko & John Aho Nature Park is a 16-acre plot of land situated between Clement Road and Laurelwoods Drive which includes a short out-and-back trail best suited for hiking. Vieno and Arvo Aho Memorial Park, a 1.2-acre open space parcel across the street from the nature park trailhead is situated at the intersection of Fitchburg and Clement Road. These parcels were originally conserved by Townsend Conservation Land Trust and conveyed to NCLT in 2023.
