We announced in July that Rome Conservation Area was made whole by the donation to us of the cul de sac parcels on Brookside Drive. We are excited to announce that Powell Stone and Gravel was able to complete parking area site work in short order this summer, much earlier than we expected! Trail Team Thursday volunteers cut a new trailhead and relocated the existing kiosk to invite all to use the new, beautiful, parking area and trailhead for the property. We hope you will check out the new trailhead and use the new space to enjoy nature in Gardner. Thank you to Powell Stone and Gravel for their great work and creativity with this project and thank you to our wonderful volunteers for the helping hands to get the project done!
