We are participating again this year in United Way’s Day of Caring on September 16!
Volunteers will work on two projects at Dwelly Farm Conservation Area. The first will be spreading mulch to create a path around our newly established pollinator meadow to allow hikers a route around the field. The second project will be hauling brush from our invasive glossy buckthorn management activities from the edges of our back fields to the brush pile to allow for better treatment of glossy buckthorn seedlings. If time allows we will also pull glossy buckthorn seedlings from cleared areas.
