Join us on April 25th at Ebenezer Keyes Conservation Area in Gardner to help us spread little bluestem seed in the inland sandplain grassland restoration site. We will also wander the land and explore what flora and fauna are already calling Keyes home.
We will spread seed in marked plots to jumpstart the growth and monitor the plots throughout the year. We will also use the free app iNaturalist to collect observations of plants, insects, and animals we see at the property to help us track habitat restoration progress over time. Please download iNaturalist before the event if you can!
All ages welcome, please no dogs for this event. Dress for the weather, we will be working in an area with no shade.
