As promised, here a couple scheduled practice runs organized by NCLT staff and volunteers to help get you ready for the Rock & Laurel 5k Trail Race (don’t forget to register!) and other 5k runs. These runs are a chance to preview the race course and train with others. You’ll run together for motivation, familiarize yourself with the trials, and make some new running buddies. And for those of you concerned that a trail race isn’t for you, don’t worry! As part of the fundraiser will have option of a walk and participating virtually.
