It’s going to be a hoot!
Join North County Land Trust on an evening walk led by local naturalist Laurie Nehring at Peabody Conservation Area in Lunenburg. On this evening Laurie will share her expertise on regional owls with the group and attempt to call the owls to us.
This event will take place after dark, so if needed please use a flashlight with a red filter light or red cloth to preserve the nocturnal environment. A limited number of flashlights will also be available to borrow for that evening. This free family event welcomes adults and children ages 6 and up and is open to the public. Wear sturdy boots and dress accordingly for the weather.
Due to the event’s popularity, we encourage you to secure your spot promptly! The event is free, but registration is required.
