It’s going to be an owl-bsolute hoot!
Join North County Land Trust on an evening walk led by local naturalist Laurie Nehring at Underwood Conservation Area in Hubbardston on March 22nd from 7-9 pm. On this evening Laurie will share her expertise on regional owls with the group and will even attempt to call the owls to us. This event will take place after dark so if needed please use a flashlight with a red filter light or red cloth to preserve the nocturnal environment. A limited number of flashlights will also be available to borrow for that evening. This free family event welcomes adults and children ages 6 and up, and is open to the public. Wear your sturdy boots and dress accordingly for the weather.
