Conservation Conversation - October 2020

When

10/14/2020
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Event Type

You’re invited to join us for the October Conservation Conversation, on Oct. 14 from 5-6:30pm, with Tim Castner on his article, “The Audacity of Regenerative Hope: 13 Lessons from Planting Community Forests for a More Bountiful Future”. In this essay, Tim muses on the inspiration our local protected land can give us in this challenging global and political climate. We’re hoping to ask him strategies he might suggest for telling compelling stories of how our local conservation lands connect us to solutions for larger issues and how we might successfully move the next generation of conservation forward.

We invite you to read the article and submit questions you might have for the author to us (awilkins@northcountylandtrust.org) by October 7. We’ll summarize these and pass them along to Tim ahead of the meeting. Live questions will be considered as well, as time permits.
