Join us this summer for a two-part yoga and hiking event instructed by Stephanie Lizotte, owner of Simply Grounded Yoga/Pilates. The second event in this series, “Explore and Energize” will offer the chance for another kind of outdoor yoga experience. Similarly involving components of hiking and yoga, this event will provide the opportunity to bring a little heat and play to the group with the chance to try out more challenging poses. Adults, teens, and anyone who is looking for a more physically engaging activity may be especially well-suited to this second session. This event is still open to beginners and people of all skill levels, as modifications will be made available as needed.
