Kids of all ages are welcome to join us as we search the forest for ponds or streams that provide the homes for our very important wetland creatures (such as tadpoles, frogs, dragonflies) and learn how to care for them. Dress in layers for the weather (we will go out if light rain). Bring rubber boots and nets or pond life books, if you have them. Also, bring bug repellent, water and a snack. In case of inclement weather, the new date will be Saturday, May 18 from 10am-12pm.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Lunenburg Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.
