Join us for a captivating guided night walk led by local naturalist Laurie Nehring at Underwood Road Conservation Area. Laurie will share her expertise on regional owls, even attempting to call one to us. Wear sturdy boots, insect repellent, dress in layers for the weather, and if needed, please use a flashlight with a red filter light or red cloth to preserve the nocturnal environment. This free family event welcomes adults and children ages 6 and up, and is open to the public. Due to its popularity, we encourage you to secure your spot promptly!
Please note the rain date is scheduled for Sunday, May 26 at 7:30pm at either Underwood Road Conservation Area in Hubbardston or the Doyle Conservation Center in Leominster. Location TBD, all those registered will get an email with the rain date location if it is used.
