Join North County Land Trust on a reflective gratitude hike led by Emily Merlino, Director of Land Programs at Peabody Conservation Area in Lunenburg. This hike will be focused on mindfulness and Emily will lead an activity that will encourage participants to engage in being present and grateful. Wear hiking shoes, bring layers, and feel free to bring any of your mindfulness tools like a nature journal or sketchpad. Please note that this will be a slow paced hike on easy to moderate terrain.
