DESCRIPTION:For members of the Winchendon Springs Lake Association (WSLA)\,
  Monomonac Lake Property Owners Association (MLPOA)\, or other residents o
 f Lake Monomonac.\nJoin Anna Wilkins\, Director of Conservation and Climat
 e\, for a guided hike at the newly-protected Monomonac Hill Conservation A
 rea. This 194-acre conservation area rests at the southern reaches of Lake
  Monomonac in Winchendon\, MA and is open to the public for passive recrea
 tion. Anna will lead hikers out-and-back on the Kinglet's Caper trail to a
  scenic viewpoint and discuss the conservation value and impact of protect
 ing Monomonac Hill\, made possible in part by the Winchendon Springs Lake 
 Association and the Monomonac Lake Property Owners Association.\n\nAttende
 es are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor condi
 tions. Please come prepared with a bottle of water\, sun protection\, and 
 bug spray.
