SUMMARY:Watatic Hike with Green Mountain Club
DESCRIPTION:\n\nJoin us for a hike of Mt. Watatic from the east side. This 
 10 am hike will be co-led by Em Merlino of North County Land Trust and vol
 unteer Mike Peckar\, Worcester Section Director of the Green Mountain Club
 \, to explore the trails on the south and east side of Mt. Watatic.\n\nBeg
 inning at the the new parking area at 102 Rindge State Road\, Ashburnham\,
  MA (Route 119)\, we will hike through future Mass Wildlife land to the ne
 w NCLT farmhouse with great views of Mt. Watatic from below. From there we
  will hike to up the mountain\, have a snack\, then head back down a diffe
 rent route. The hike will be about 3 miles long with about a 500 foot elev
 ation gain to the summit.\n\nRegistration is required. Questions\, please
