DESCRIPTION:Join us for Take a Walk in the Park Day\nCelebrated annually on
  March 30\, the unofficial holiday encourages people to get active and enj
 oy the physical and mental benefits that come from walking in nature.\n\nW
 hy join in?  Studies have shown that walking for about 30 minutes a day c
 an have huge health benefits. Walking in nature - away from the dust and 
 pollution of streets and cars - can boost moods and reduce stress. Studies
  have shown that people who hike or walk in green areas tend to be happi
 er than those who don't.\n\nWant to join in on the fun?  Wear weather app
 ropriate shoes\, leave your phone behind and breathe in the fresh air as y
 ou walk around our Peabody Conservation Area in Lunenburg. Can't join us? 
 Grab a good friend or family member to accompany you on your walk.\n\nJoin
  us at 4pm  at the shared parking area at the Lane Conservation Area park
 ing lot on Holman St.  We ask walkers to practice social distancing and 
 to wear masks when distancing isn’t possible. A private landowner has ge
 nerously agreed to a trail across his property to lead to the Peabody Cons
 ervation area trail system.\n\nWe are asking for pre-registration to be su
 re that NCLT  is compliant with the guidelines mandated by the Commonweal
 th of Massachusetts.
