DESCRIPTION:As promised\, here a couple scheduled practice runs organized b
 y NCLT staff and volunteers to help get you ready for the Rock &amp\; Laur
 el 5k Trail Race (don't forget to register!) and other 5k runs. These runs
  are a chance to preview the race course and train with others. You'll hav
 e the chance to run together for motivation\, familiarize yourself with th
 e trials\, and make some new running buddies. And for those of you concern
 ed that a trail race isn't for you\, don't worry! As part of the fundraise
 r will have option of a walk and participating virtually.\n\nUntil then\,
