DESCRIPTION:Attention landowners in Westminster! On March 12\, 2022\, join 
 other landowners at the Forbush Memorial Library\, for a free workshop\, "
 Planning for the Future of Your Land".\n\nThis workshop\, sponsored by the
  Westminster Open Space Committee and North County Land Trust\, is for Wes
 tminster landowners to gain helpful information as they consider key decis
 ions about the future of their land.\n\nTopics to be discussed: \n\n 	Step

 uture of Westminster\n 	Jassy Bratko\, Director of Land Protection\, North
  County Land Trust - Conservation 101- What is land conservation and how c
 an it benefit landowners? The benefits of Chapter 61.\n 	John Deline\, Dep
 uty Commissioner\, Fitchburg DPW – Division of Water Supply - The Impor
 tance of Protecting Watershed Land\n 	Joanne and Danny Burdin\, Templeton 
 Landowners and Leigh Hudson\, Princeton Landowner – Why we conserved our
  land?\n 	Erin McBee\, Esq - Estate Planning Tools - Erin McBee is licens
 ed to practice in both Texas and Massachusetts and operates a small firm i
 n Harvard\, Massachusetts.  Her practiced is focused on holistic estate p
 lanning (incorporating real estate\, land use\, long range planning for in
 capacity\, special needs\, and long-term care issues into her planning). 
  Her practice also includes probate and trust administration.  She serves
  on the Town of Harvard’s Select Board and has served her community on o
 ther boards and committees in town over the years including seven years on
  the Planning Board part of that time as its chair.  Her father’s stori
 es of summers spent working on the family farm in West Virginia led to Eri
 n’s interest in preserving open space\, particularly agricultural land.\
