DESCRIPTION:NCLT is pleased to bring Laurie Nehring to present “Owls: The
  Perfect Predator” as a part of the Gardner Museum’s speaker series on
  April 26th at 7 pm. Join NCLT and the Gardner Museum for an interactive s
 lide show\, complete with props and demonstrations\, to learn more about o
 wls and why scientists often call them “perfect predators”.  This prog
 ram at the Gardner Museum is family friendly\, with an optional children
 ’s art activity following the presentation. It is NOT a live owl present
 ation! The event is preceded by a museum-hosted reception at 6:30 pm. Rese

  for non-member adults is $3.\n\nLaurie will also be hosting an Owl Prowl 
 the following night\, April 27th\, at 8 pm where we will quietly explore t
 he forest just as the owls are becoming active. This event is open for all
  ages and will take place at Alisauskas Conservation Area in Gardner. Park
  on the right side of Howard Street in Gardner alongside the field where t
 he conservation area sign is located. Howard Street is off of Clark Street
  near the Winchendon town line. Dress in layers and bring a flashlight jus
 t in case. The hike is sponsored by NCLT and the Gardner Conservation Comm
 ission.\n
