DESCRIPTION:Join Emily Merlino\, Stewardship Manager\, for a guided hike at
  the newly-protected Monomonac Hill Conservation Area. This 194-acre conse
 rvation area rests at the southern reaches of Lake Monomonac in Winchendon
 \, MA and is open to the public for passive recreation. Emily will lead hi
 kers out-and-back on the Kinglet's Caper trail to a scenic viewpoint and d
 iscuss the conservation value and impact of protecting Monomonac Hill.\n\n
 Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather and outdoo
 r conditions. Please come prepared with a bottle of water\, sun protection
 \, and bug spray.
