Did you know that mushrooms stick around all winter? Author, mycologist, and ethnographer Lawrence Millman will return to NCLT to lead a winter mushroom walk to show us where these FUN-gi are hiding!
Lawrence has published 16 books and given talks for NPR, Icelandic Radio, Boston University, and many other places. We will explore the wacky world of mushrooms, and learn about how they live and why they are important in the forest ecosystem.
Join us on Sunday, January 26th for this unique winter event, snow or shine. Please note, this is not a workshop on edible mushrooms.
