Recreational Use Guidelines
During the time COVID-19, we encourage you to safely get outdoors for your mental and physical well-being. All of our conservation area public trails remain open but are subject to the following recreational use guidelines that are in line with the mandates of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts dated June 9, 2020. These are subject to change, but include:
- Physical distancing of 6 feet between visitors. On trails, walkers and hikers should move aside and leave room for others to pass, and cyclists and runners should alert other users when approaching and wait for others to step aside before passing.
- Wearing a face mask if social distancing is not possible.
- Keeping dogs on a leash.
- For all NCLT organized group hikes, nature walk programs, and land stewardship activities, prior registration is required. All groups will be limited to 10.
- Participants of group hikes, nature walks, and land stewardship activities must not share equipment
