NCLT's Repsonse to COVID-19

North County Land Trust is closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. As the situation continues to change rapidly, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our visitors and staff. NCLT conservation areas and trails remain open. As an appropriate measure to protect the health of  our staff and the community, our offices are closed and our staff will be working remotely. Read more.

Big’s Switchback – A New Trail at Crocker

The newest NCLT trail was cut recently at Crocker Conservation Area in Fitchburg! Back in early May a small crew of 2 board members, Mary Cringan & Betty Reid, a trail monitor, Ken Schafer, and NCLT employees, Jassy Bratko & Emily Merlino, cut an alternate trail section off of Big’s Bushwhack (while practicing social distancing).
